The Memorial Service was held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
The service started with the Brian Boru Bagpipe Band, colors were presented by Active Duties, monument dedication by Robert McCollum (director of Fort Snelling), unveiling by WWII Rangers from Minnesota, and the Roll Call by a member of each of the six Ranger Battalions of WWII.
